XXXLight: Red – Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching exercises. Resistance is 5-35lb

XXLight: Black –  A general use band, specifically for adding resistance to people under 140lb during walks, high knees or sprints. Resistance is 10-60lb

XLight: Purple – A general use band, specifically for adding resistance to people under 140lb during walks, high knees or sprints. Resistance is 20-70lb

Light: Green – A general use band, specifically for adding resistance to people under 140lb during walks, high knees or sprints. Resistance is 25-80lb

Medium: Blue – This band is a good size for general use, as well as adding resistance to people from 140-200lb for body movement. Useful choice for pull up training. Resistance is 50-120lb

Heavy: Orange – Use for getting started on training for body weight pull ups, and adding resistance for elite athletes and people over 200lb. Also a good choice for adding increment weight to power lifts. Resistance 60-150lb.
